1. About Vesile

Vesile is a matchmaking service for Muslims in the Netherlands, accessible via vesile.nl. Vesile is registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under number 96497521, VAT number NL005213001B24, phone number 06 4458 7707 (WhatsApp messages only, no phone calls). Contact: info@vesile.nl

2. The service

Vesile offers the following service:

• •Submitting an application and having it reviewed by hand
• •A personal account in which you see your proposals and manage your profile
• •Manual matching of applications by Vesile — no algorithm decides on your behalf
• •Sharing contact details once both sides have accepted the introduction

Vesile does not guarantee a match. The service is effort-based, not results-based.

3. Eligibility

• •You are at least 18 years old
• •You live in the Netherlands and have a Dutch phone number
• •You are a Muslim looking for a marriage partner
• •You provide only accurate and current information
• •You confirm your email address through the verification link; without that confirmation you are not introduced to anyone

4. Price and payment

The service carries a one-off fee of €24.99 including VAT. You pay it at the moment you accept a proposed match, through a payment link. After that you accept every further proposal without paying again. Registering is free, and as long as you do not accept a match, you owe nothing.

5. Withdrawing and pausing your application

Taking part is always voluntary and commits you to nothing.

• •You can withdraw your application at any time in your account. Your profile, your photos and the associated data are then permanently deleted.
• •If you want to step away for a while, you can pause your application and resume it yourself later.
• •If you do not respond to three proposals in a row, we pause your application automatically. You can resume it with one click in your account.
• •If you have paid the one-off fee, you can withdraw that payment within fourteen days, as long as we have not yet shared contact details for you. Send an email to info@vesile.nl and you get the amount back.
• •Prefer email? You can send the same request to info@vesile.nl.

6. Account removal

You can delete your application and all associated data yourself in your account, or request deletion by emailing info@vesile.nl. Vesile reserves the right to remove applications containing false information or breaching these terms.

7. Prohibited use

It is prohibited to use the service for human trafficking, including sexual exploitation, or to facilitate, encourage or assist in abuse. Vesile has zero tolerance for this. If we suspect it, we take the application offline immediately and report it to the police. Photos and details of other people are meant for you alone. You may not save, forward or share them, including as a screenshot. If you do, we may delete your account. What else is not allowed on Vesile is set out in our Acceptable Use Policy, which applies alongside these terms.

8. Liability

Vesile is not liable for the outcome of an introduction or marriage, or for the conduct of users after an introduction. Users are responsible for their own choices after an introduction.

9. Personal data

How we handle your data is set out in our privacy policy: which data we collect, who sees it and how long we keep it.

10. Applicable law

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes are preferably resolved through mutual consultation.
